Ben Knutzen, DDS

Dr. Ben was born and raised in Brookings. He attended the University of Minnesota-Morris and graduated with a biology degree in 2000. He continued his education at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2004 with his doctor of dental surgery degree. During his time at dental school, Dr. Ben was recognized for his excellence in oral pathology and participated in advanced training in endodontics and esthetic dentistry.

Since graduation Dr. Ben has completed thousands of hours of continuing education including certification in CEREC dentistry, soft tissue laser, conebeam radiology, oral surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Most recently, Dr. Ben completed the Postgraduate Esthetic Dentistry and Implantology course at the University of Minnesota. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association, South Dakota Dental Association, Siouxland Study Club, Spear Institute, Cerecdoctors.com and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in addition to others.

Outside the office Dr. Ben loves spending time with his wife (Molly), kids (Blake, Cole, and Aubrey) and four dogs (Sophie, Elsa, Addy, and Henry). He also enjoys RVing, golfing, reading, and watching sports.
